Mano Vikash Janardhanan

I’m a Principal ML Engineer on Equinix’s AI team.

Previously, I was a Quantitative Researcher at Balyasny Asset Management, where I built agentic AI systems and domain-adapted language models for finance, and before that a Research Scientist at Lifion by ADP. I hold a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Illinois at Chicago, advised by Lev Reyzin, and a Master’s in Mathematics from IISER Thiruvananthapuram.

My research interests are in machine learning and optimization.
